The Monteith, Hackleman and Downtown Commercial Historic Districts have 350 historic homes. Visitors to Albany may tour many of the city's historic homes during the Summer Interiors Homes Tour, conducted annually on the last Saturday in July or during the Christmas Parlour Tour, held in December.
