Worth with very easy access to the DFW International Airport! It has housing that generally range in the $200,000+ range with values holding and rising, even in the recent economic downturn! There are also many homes in the $140,000 to $200,000 range and they hold their value as well. In the "Golden Triangle", Coppell offers very easy access via major highways to the north, south, east and west! There are 2 very nice malls for shopping close by as well as numerous shops and restaurants within the city limits! Coppell is a very tight city with much city pride! And, if you take a walk along it's streets, you'll definitely notice!
