Plano is also home to an array of attractions such as the Cheese Oaks Golf Club. Perhaps the wackiest attraction is the Combat Cockroach Hall of Fame Museum, featuring displays of cockroaches dressed as celebrities. Plano is also the home of 6-time Tour De France Winner, Lance Armstrong. For the last two decades, the population of Plano has doubled, making it one of the largest suburbs in the Dallas area. This serves as evidence of the remarkable growth here fuel by economic opportunites here and in Dallas, and nearby Fort Worth and Arlington.
