Sure Texas is known as a state that relies heavily on the oil industry, but there are few cities in state that have embraced it as fully as San Juan Texas. In fact, San Juan just seems to be one of those places that embrace every single unique aspect of Texas culture.

San Juan is located close to the bussleing city of Mc Allen, and is one of it's many feeder cities. This means that there is plenty of opportunty in San Juan.

For instance, if you like horses, San Juan is the place to be. They even have an entire museum devoted to horses and all of the different breeds that helped cowboys shape the face of the state.

If you like, food, San Juan also has so much to offer it’ll blow your boots off. But, beware; this is no place for Vegetarians. San Juan loves it’s beef, and you’ll quickly come to realize this as you pass scores of steakhouses, many of which are adorned with massive sculptures of bulls and cows.

But again, San Juan is big oil country, and with gas prices what they are today, the area is booming with an infusion of cash. This has caused some pretty impressive growth and has left the housing market wide open for anyone who wants to buy and sell property.
