Right in the heart of the Green Mountain State of Vermont, the Town of Mount Holly represents a unique New England town with its enchanting location in a broad valley running through the middle of the state between the communities of Wallingford and Ludlow.

Filled with a rich heritage, Mount Holly was established back when the United States was only a wee baby in 1792. The town has a population of around 2,000 people who are proud to call Mount Holly their home. Mount Holly is situated only 15 miles from the New York State border on the west and 50 miles from New Hampshire on the east.

Part of Rutland County, Mount Holly is situated about 13 miles south from the county seat, Rutland. Rutland County provides the entire region with a variety of businesses offering quality goods and services. The City of Rutland is home to the second largest mall, the Diamond Run Mall, in the state. Mount Holly itself was once a hub of manufacturing and milling activities, but those activites have subsided.
