We relocated to Hampton Roads from our hometown, New York, New York, 40 years ago when Pat served in the US Navy. We have been married for 41 years and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
We always talked of ways to form a family business that would utilize our knowledge, skills and abilities. Taking inventory of our family's skills and passions, we realized that real estate would be the perfect fit to pull together Pat's 30 year association with the construction industry, Joyce's 40 years of experience in the health care industry in administration and as a project director. Real Estate also provided an opportunity to work closely with our son, Patrick in a home construction business, Harbor Homes. It's a way for our family to help other families realize their home ownership goals.
