Great Falls is a community in the “Old Dominion State” of Virginia in Fairfax County that is adjacent to the exquisite George Washington Memorial Parkway, an 800 acre park located along the Potomac River. The park is known for two things, its scenic beauty at the head of Potomac River fall line and the historic Patowmack Canal.

Part of the Great Falls National Park, many people consider the Great Falls of the Potomac to be the most spectacular natural landmark in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. This dramatic scene makes Great Falls Park, located just fifteen miles from the Nation's Capital, a popular site with local residents and tourists from around the world.

Because of its superb location, Great Falls has grown into one of the most exclusive communities in all of the country – being home to some of the world’s most influential people. Undoubtedly, the quality of life here is matched by only a handful of places in the universe. Yet this community of 9,000 people are relatively well-grounded, friendly, and have close ties with one another.
