A new service offering recorded real estate information on a toll-free number offers instant, anytime service to both real estate agents and their prospective clients.

NewportWorks Inc. created the new service, which is called AnytimeOpenHouse, to help agents to better communicate with their customers and qualify as well as respond immediately to buyer inquiries.

Agents can use the AnytimeOpenHouse tool to list the information of the properties they are selling. To utilize this function the agent is given their own toll-free number (which they can post on all of their for sale signs, property listings and flyers) and on this toll-free number service they can record all the specifics of the properties they are selling such as the location, size specifications and amenities.

Buyers can then call each agent’s toll-free number and by telling the service what they are looking for AnytimeOpenHouse uses speech-recognition technology to inform the prospective buyer about properties they are interested in.

Prospective buyers are then able to record on the service their names and phone numbers so that they can be contacted directly by the agent who is selling the property that they are interested in.

When a prospective buyer has entered their information into the AnytimeOpenHouse system the agent whose number they have called is instantly notified of this person’s interest in their property via email.

This new service should serve to further open the lines of communication between agents and buyers and as a result agents should see increased sales and buyers will be able to make time-sensitive real estate decisions more quickly and with more ease than ever before.
