Mexico and United States join forces in real estate

United States and Mexico have entered an agreement that will help to make real estate more affordable, open more trade channels as well as the efficiency of home-building process. According to the sources, Mexico wants to build more than 1 million homes for people from low-income and moderate-income brackets, in the upcoming few years.

Real estate experts believe that Mexico is an excellent place to introduce U.S. builders to and will help to open the gate between the two countries. Both the United States and Mexico have extensive demand for reasonable, workforce housing in high-growth areas. In addition, both governments have established housing goals that the newly signed agreement could help achieve better communication between the countries, as well.

This is a fantastic business opportunity for both countries, real estate experts say and hope that the project will inspire countries like Canada to develop similar agreement with the United States.
