This new service is said to improve closing ratios by offering next day title service for most properties in the United States so that lenders can make quicker, more accurate decisions when it comes to underwriting.

Along with this title service Lenders First Choice also introduced the Lenders Easy Access Program, which allows lenders to increase their processing speed and eliminate the possibility of human error.

With the introduction of these new services Lenders First Choice claims that lenders should see higher closing percentages and lower loan cancellation rates. This is due to the convenience of instant processing, automatic data transfer between systems and access to nationwide pricing data which streamlines the time and costs associated with title procedures.
