REMAX of California & Hawaii: Everything But the Kitchen Sink

In these days of drive-thrus and remote controls RE/MAX of California & Hawaii has jumped on the bandwagon when it comes to offering its customers the ultimate in convenience.

It seems that RE/MAX has realized that we (as customers) are a lazy lot and therefore they have recently launched a one-stop shopping partnership by teaming up with Metrocities Mortgage so that potential homebuyers can look into real estate and mortgages at same location.

As with any other business it appears the less hassle a customer has to deal with when it comes to purchasing real estate the better.

RE/MAX is already known for its variety home services alliance but by partnering up with Metrocities Mortgage, a residential mortgage lender, RE/Max is now able to offer its customers more than ever before.

The new agreement allows RE/MAX franchisees and their associates to choose whether or not they would like to ally themselves with Metrocities and take advantage of the company's home loan staff as well as the company’s thousands of loan products.

With real estate in Hawaii and California remaining in constant demand this new partnership will help RE/MAX to maintain their standing among real estate brokerage companies in these states.

More and more real estate companies are offering services like mortgages, title services and closing services on their premises through affiliated partnerships and this latest partnership between RE/MAX and Metrocities Mortgage proves that one-stop shopping is the wave of the future.

What’s next real estate and groceries? Let’s hope so.
