Is the broker responsible for setting up inspections once offer is accepted? I've had a broker give me the number of the inspectors and ask me to set up. Also, realize the internet and MLS make it convenient for Broker but should I be telling broker about interested properties or should he be keeping an eye out and making suggestions to me?
