I just had a home inspection. They did not sign the addendum with the repairs. They had 48 hours to do so which was up on 1/16. However they verbally agreed to do the repairs with my realtor but I still do not have a signed agreement. Can I get out of the deal and not lose my earnest deposit due to no signed agreement?
