The Trustee holds the deed to my home and has put it up for sale . After all debt is paid I will recieve close to 70k to start over with.
I am worried about the real estate company the Trustee chose, It is not mls, I have had only 4 house shoppers since sept. 14,2004.Why would anyone want to pay an agent that doesn't advertise? Is there anything I can do to advertise myself or would it cause trouble?

You were obviously dealing with a suspicious lender. It's always best to put your trust in a legitimate company with a proven track record when it comes to choosing a lender.
